Responsible for the overall operation and management of Altruist Biologics. Former SVP of Innovent, responsible for process and analytical method development, commercial production and supply chain.

He has more than 20 years of industry experience in biopharmaceuticals, including process development and manufacturing, registration and application. He has led and completed the launch for more than 8 products, and led and completed the process development, registration and application for more than 40 antibodies, small molecule and ADC projects in China, the United States, Europe and Australia.

Mr. Dongming Wang is the Senior Vice President of Quality of Altruist Biologics, and is chiefly responsible for the group’s quality management. Prior to joining Altruist Biotechnology, Mr. Wang held a number of important leadership roles at AstraZeneca, Novartis, Roche and BeiGene respectively. He has served as China Quality Head, Quality Leader for Clinical & Technical Development, APAC Regional Quality Head, QA/QC Manager, sterile production manager and microbiology expert, among others. He looks after new product development and launch projects, and provides strategic direction and leadership inputs to help operation sites meet international standards. He has over 20 years of experience in development, manufacturing and supply chain quality management at various multinational organizations. Mr. Wang is the Deputy Secretary of China Biochemistry Products and Testing Technology Committee, and participated in compiling the Guidance of Good Manufacturing Practice for Drug (Sterile Medicinal Product).

Kevin is currently Head of the Manufacturing Site at Altruist Biologics. He was Vice President of Innovent, had broad responsibilities in overseeing Manufacturing Science and Technology, Technology Transfer, Production and Engineering Management.

He has over 20 years of international experience in manufacturing, technology, quality, and project management. Familiar with the management of plant operations under GMP conditions to achieve efficient and high-quality Lean outcomes. He Worked at GSK, Novartis and Innovent as Project construction and product transfer Manager, Lean Operation Head, Manufacturing Head, quality Head, etc.

He has participated and led multiple international product development and commercialization. Being familiar with the quality system and audit management for US and EU, he has key role in the audit and led two facilities passed EU/WHO inspection for commercial launch.

Dr. Siu is Head of Technical Operations, with broad responsibilities in leading technical innovation, tech transfer, project management, CMC strategy, and operational business excellence. His team connects with customers to design solutions tailored to the complexity of their projects.

Dr. Siu has over 23 years of global biopharmaceutical experience and held positions of increasing responsibilities in regulatory, MSAT, process development, and GMP manufacturing. Before Altruist Bio, he was at Genentech in the US and has also built his career at Roche (Singapore), Pfizer (UK), and Sanofi Pasteur (Canada).

He holds a Ph.D. and MSc in Biochemical Engineering from University College London, UK, and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry and Chemistry from The University of British Columbia, Canada. He also obtained an executive MBA from Rutgers University, USA, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
